I couldn't switch between gears so I used Geico's roadside assistant feature. They connected to Superior Towing, where Mr. Melvin was selected to tow my car. He didn't just tow it, but did a quick check, where I was also informed of a screw in a tire. But more importantly, he took me to the car, and showed me how to flip up the gear shift panel, to kinda override the locked gear, in the event this happens again, and potentially somewhere unsafe. I appreciated him taking his time to show me that because really you never know what situations you can find yourself. 10/10 service, confirmed drop off to the shop. I highly recommend if you need towing to contact the good people at Superior Towing.

Called Superior and within 1/2 hour they were loading my sons car!!!!

Unfortunately I've had to use Superior Towing several times now, but they're always great. Never had to wait too long, they always let me know when they're close to arriving, and they're always nice and respectful. I'd recommend them to anyone needing tow service.

Geico sent them out to tow my car that broke down. The driver was excellent. As a former tow truck driver myself back in the 70's it made me feel good that there are still professional tow drivers who care about customers.
