Wonderful service! If all the drivers at Superior are as professional and kind as the driver that helped me out last week, Superior Towing will be in business a long time. My car broke down during rush hour on a busy Interstate when I was a couple of hundred miles from home. My tow driver handled this difficult situation with ease and helped orient me to the area as I was sorting out how to get my car fixed. Thank you, Ralph, for all of your help!
Had a flat, put on the spare, spare failed. My insurance company sent Superior Towing to pick me up and bring me and my car home. Marland took great care of me on such a rainy cold night, got me home and was nothing but professional in the care of took of my car, his driving and his representation of your company. The transmission/torque converter went out on my truck while driving to work this morning. Rick G. In Truck #30 arrived in the pouring rain worked promptly and was very friendly.
Les was a phenomenal driver, probably the best one I have ever dealt with. Their dispatch was very helpful on options for the car, which helped in a very stressful time after being in a crash. I would definitely use this company again especially if all their drivers are like Les!
